Banh chung is a traditional cake of the Vietnamese people to express the gratitude of their descendants to their ancestors for the earth and sky. To make banh chung, we need the following ingredients : sticky rice , green pea, pepper , salt , leaves and pork . And to make banh chung we follow these steps . First , you must wash dong leaves, sticky rice and mix with a pinch of salt .Uwash greeen pea and also mix with little salt and pepper . Cut pork into pieces and mix with little salt and pepper too . Then put some sticky rice on the two leaves then put some green pea on it and then a piece of pork , again put some green pea and finally some sticky rice to cover it ,after that you packetthe leaves to cover all rice inside and tie it with two ropes . Then boil with water in a large pot until 10 hours . When the water boils, take the cake out and enjoy.
